1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the vipjil platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "the Service," "vipjil," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "User," "Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C"), as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or policies published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and vipjil. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

vipjil reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform, email notification to registered users, or prominent website announcement. Your continued use of the Platform following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

The vipjil Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform. This age restriction complies with Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Geographic Restrictions: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and permitted. You are prohibited from accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or illegal.
• Personal Use Only: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent or intermediary for any third party.
• Single Account: You may maintain only one (1) account with vipjil. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited.

vipjil employs age verification procedures during the registration process and reserves the right to request additional documentation (government-issued identification, proof of address, or other verification materials) at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of account funds.

If vipjil discovers that a User has provided false information regarding age or identity, or that an underage individual has accessed the Platform, the account will be immediately terminated, all wagers voided, and any deposits or winnings forfeited without recourse.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access gaming services on the vipjil Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. Required information typically includes, but is not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Residential address
• Preferred username and secure password
• Preferred currency (Philippine Peso is the default)

You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is truthful, accurate, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information should any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Create a strong password that is not easily guessable and is not used for other online services
• Never share your account credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify vipjil of any unauthorized access to your account or security breach
• Log out of your account at the conclusion of each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from shared or public devices
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered by the Platform

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. vipjil shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. In the event of unauthorized account access, vipjil's liability is limited to rectifying the security breach once notified; we are not responsible for losses incurred prior to notification.

3.3 Account Restrictions

The following account-related restrictions apply:

• Each User may maintain only one (1) account. Creation of multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any third party.
• vipjil reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close existing accounts at its sole discretion, particularly where prohibited by law or where suspicious activity is detected.
• Accounts inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to dormancy fees or closure in accordance with our Dormant Account Policy.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

vipjil supports various deposit methods convenient for Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others), and other electronic payment methods as made available from time to time. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are clearly displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method. vipjil reserves the right to modify deposit limits, introduce new payment methods, or discontinue existing methods with reasonable notice to Users.

4.2 Deposit Requirements and Verification

All deposits must originate from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds originating from accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit refusal, account suspension pending investigation, and potential account closure. This restriction exists to prevent money laundering and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

vipjil reserves the right to request documentation proving ownership of the payment method used for deposits, including but not limited to bank statements, screenshots of e-wallet accounts, or credit card verification. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in deposit reversal and account restrictions.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

Most deposit methods supported by vipjil process instantly, with funds appearing in your account balance within seconds to minutes. Bank transfers may require longer processing times (typically 15 minutes to 24 hours) depending on the financial institution's processing schedule. vipjil is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Deposit Bonuses and Promotions

vipjil may offer deposit bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are provided at the time of offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns across multiple accounts, or exploitation of platform errors, is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture, voiding of associated winnings, and potential account closure.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods and Requirements

You may withdraw funds from your vipjil account balance at any time, subject to meeting the following conditions:

• Your account is fully verified and all requested documentation has been provided
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold (as specified on the Platform)
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses have been satisfied
• The withdrawal is being made to a payment method in your own name
• You have complied with all Terms and Conditions and no investigation into your account is pending

Withdrawal methods available may differ from deposit methods and generally include GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers to Philippine bank accounts. vipjil endeavors to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers, though actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of third-party payment providers.

5.2 Withdrawal Verification and Security Checks

To ensure account security and comply with anti-money laundering regulations, vipjil reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Additional documentation as reasonably required to complete verification

First-time withdrawals typically require full account verification. Subsequent withdrawals may be processed without additional documentation unless transaction patterns trigger security reviews or regulatory requirements mandate further verification.

vipjil reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds or where unusual transaction patterns are detected. Processing times may be extended during enhanced due diligence reviews.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions and Fees

vipjil does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawal requests. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond vipjil's control. Any such fees will be clearly communicated before you confirm the withdrawal request.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are clearly displayed on the Platform. vipjil reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments if required by payment processor limitations or internal risk management protocols.

Withdrawals must be made to payment methods in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited except in extraordinary circumstances (such as inheritance or legal guardianship) and only with prior written approval from vipjil management and submission of appropriate legal documentation.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

vipjil is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Collusion: Coordinating or sharing information with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing to another player to transfer funds
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or exploit bonuses
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, scripts, or bots to place wagers or play games
• Exploitation: Taking advantage of software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain
• Bonus Abuse: Manipulating promotions or bonuses through coordinated play or multiple accounts
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false information, or engaging in money laundering
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies across platforms to guarantee profit
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward other players or staff

Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, thorough investigation, and potentially permanent account closure with forfeiture of all funds. vipjil employs sophisticated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect unusual patterns and fraudulent behavior.

6.2 Game Integrity

All games on the vipjil Platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or connect to regulated live dealer studios to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be manipulated by vipjil or players.

In the event of software malfunction or error affecting game outcomes, vipjil reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. Malfunction voids all plays and pays. You agree that vipjil's determination of game results is final and binding.

6.3 Responsible Gaming Obligations

While vipjil provides entertainment services, we recognize the potential for gaming-related harm and are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. You agree to:

• Gamble only with funds you can afford to lose
• Set personal deposit, loss, and session time limits
• Utilize self-exclusion tools if you feel your gaming is becoming problematic
• Never gamble to recover losses
• Seek professional help if you experience gambling-related difficulties

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the vipjil Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, audio clips, and video clips (collectively, "Content"), is the property of vipjil or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the vipjil name, logo, or branding without prior written permission

Unauthorized use of vipjil's intellectual property may subject you to civil and criminal penalties under applicable law and will result in immediate account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipjil, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or information
• Loss of opportunity or business interruption
• Personal injury or emotional distress
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security
• Damages caused by third-party payment processor failures or delays
• Losses resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform

In no event shall vipjil's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform exceed the amount of funds deposited to your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, vipjil's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless vipjil, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your fraudulent or negligent actions
• Any claim that your use of the Platform caused damage to a third party

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the vipjil Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform (a "Dispute"), you agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally by contacting vipjil customer support. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

If the Dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, you may escalate the matter to vipjil management by submitting a formal written complaint via email, including:

• Your account username and registered email address
• Detailed description of the Dispute, including dates and transaction references
• Supporting documentation or evidence
• Your proposed resolution

vipjil management will review the complaint and provide a written response within fifteen (15) business days. If the Dispute remains unresolved after management review, either party may pursue legal remedies in accordance with Section 10.1.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any Dispute will be resolved individually and that you waive any right to participate in or initiate a class action, collective action, or representative action against vipjil.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your vipjil account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure:

• Any remaining account balance (after satisfying applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method
• Any active bonuses or promotional credits will be forfeited
• You will no longer receive marketing communications (unless you have separately consented via other channels)
• Access to the Platform will be permanently revoked

Account closure requests are typically processed within three (3) business days. You remain responsible for all activity on your account until closure is confirmed.

11.2 Account Suspension by vipjil

vipjil reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account temporarily or permanently at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• You have violated these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
• Your account verification documents are incomplete, expired, or disputed
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority
• You have engaged in abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Outstanding disputes or chargebacks are pending resolution

During account suspension, you will not be able to deposit funds, place wagers, or withdraw funds (subject to resolution of the suspension reason). vipjil will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason for suspension and any steps required for reinstatement.

If your account is permanently closed due to breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and you will be prohibited from registering new accounts with vipjil in the future.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and vipjil regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

vipjil's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or vipjil's right to enforce it in the future. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of vipjil.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without vipjil's prior written consent. vipjil may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

12.5 Force Majeure

vipjil shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, telecommunications failures, internet outages, or disruptions to third-party services.

12.6 Language

These Terms are written and executed in English. In the event of any translation into other languages, the English version shall prevail in case of inconsistency or dispute.
